Fantastic Family Stay
breakfast buffet splash pad shuttle service
The breakfast buffet had many options I enjoyed. The pool was great for kids, especially the splash pad area. The shuttle service to Universal Studios was convenient and easy to use for our family.

amazing beach relaxing atmosphere comfy bed slow check-in poor service musty room
the resort beach was amazing. the hotel allowed us to use facilities after checkout. the room offered a relaxing atmosphere the bed was very comfy.
the check in process took a long time. dining service was not amazing. the rooms smelled musty.

the grounds was lush and had what a family want like water slides and a kids club.
the check in took a real long time even when it wasnt busy and i dont like that. the dining experience set the tone and the service let the hotel down real bad. the food at the buffet was average.

charmed family stay
great selection many activities attentive staff easy transportation
the breakfast buffet offered a great selection with many cuisines. there were many activities available, particularly for kids. the staff seemed attentive and numerous. i found getting around the island very easy, a shuttle service exists.
The room seemed slightly aged. I felt it needed some updating.

The front desk was warm AND polite when i arrive. housekeeping was very friendly AND efficient. They kept the room tidy. dinner service was very warm, cute, and accomodating to families with young kids.

the hotel sits close to siloso beach, fort siloso, and a cable car. the resort provided its own airconditioned coach, SUCH a treat. the location made days out easy.

the pools were amazing AND lovely with peacocks. a kids club AND a baby food station even exists at the extensive buffet. guest laundries are available which is a GREAT help for families.

complimentary dinner quiet breakfast
The hotel offered a complimentary buffet dinner because it was our anniversary, it was a super nice gesture. i also found ample seats at the business lounge for a quiet breakfast. It's a great option without kids, it was awesome.
The check-in process was very slow, it took quite a while before our turn. i think they should really refine this process.
